Application procedure

In accordance with the fifth final provision of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, the claim procedure set out in Article 13 will enter into force "in the year of entry into force of this Royal Decree", which took place "the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette" (which was carried out in BO2. 2019). Consequently, this procedure will not come into force until 20 September 2020.

Optional content

This website complies with the requirements of Standard UNE-EN 301549:2019, considering the exceptions provided for in Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September. In addition, the website is optimized for browsers both Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 (and above), as well as the latest current versions of Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Google Chrome. The recommended minimum web resolution is 1024 x 768.

The website is designed for Adaptive viewing, with which it is optimally displayed on tablet and mobile devices. On these devices it is optimized to be viewed using the latest current versions of Chrome for Mobile, Firefox for Mobile, Safari mobile, Opera Mini and native Android browser.

The currently visible version of this website is from October 2025, from that date onwards, future revisions will be carried out of the new or modified web content, both of the templates and of the final pages and documents published, in order to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements that are currently those of AA and AA of the WCAG 2.0 standard,  considering the exceptions, September.
