Audit reports
Inspection and control
The APDCAT writes audit reports as part of its inspection and control functions, in order to assess the degree of compliance with data protection regulations in certain areas and groups. They comprise a process of investigation, evaluation and monitoring, and may include corrective measures and recommendations to address inappropriate conduct.
