You have the right to receive the personal data you have previously provided, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transfer them to another entity.

The following requirements must be met:

If data processing is based on consent or a contract.
If the processing is done by automated means.

However, you will not be able to exercise this right when an administration processes your data in the fulfilment of a mission of public interest or inherent in the exercise of public power.
