Claims and reporting

If you are partially or totally denied the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or objection, or if you believe your request has been dismissed because it was not addressed within the established time frame, you can file a claim for rights protection with the APDCAT. You can also report to the Authority any incident that you believe violates data protection regulations.
