Public sector entities are obliged to publish, in electronic format, an updated inventory of the processing operations they carry out. For example, you can find the APDCAT on the website.

If you have exercised any of the rights you have before the data controller that allow you to control your data (access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability) and you have not received a response or it has been negative in whole or in part, you can file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority.

If other rights have been violated or there have been actions contrary to data protection regulations, you can report it to the Authority.
