The right of access guaranteed by data protection regulations

In the first chapter we analyze the right of access guaranteed by data protection regulations, specifically by article 15 of the European Regulation and article 13 of Organic Law 3/2018. However, we will not do this analysis from a doctrinal or academic point of view, but from a practical one. To do so, we will comment on some of the situations or problems that occur most frequently.
