Processing agreements

In this second chapter we will analyze a key aspect for those responsible for the processing of personal data, which is the assignment of data processing. When should we make this assignment? What should the contract with the processor be like and what obligations and responsibilities arise from it? We will answer these and more related questions by analyzing the European Regulation that regulates the right to data protection and Organic Law 3/2018.
