Strategic plan

The 2023–2028 Strategic Plan of the Catalan Data Protection Authority is conceived as a key tool that must guide all the APDCAT’s actions in the coming years. It was created to respond to current and future needs, taking into account the current economic, technological and social context, as well as future projections.

Pla estratègic 2023-2028

It is the result of a participatory process involving experts and both internal and external agents, as well as representatives of other institutions. It outlines a series of actions that involve the transformation of the APDCAT's current model, in order to achieve a balance in the service provided to institutions and citizens. The Plan aims to strengthen guidance and awareness-raising on the fundamental right to data protection, as well as to ensure proper compliance with the law.
