The Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT) organizes the 24th of April in the Parliament of Catalonia the day 'GDPR: 10 years, more than the current legal standards', to commemorate the 10 years of the General Data Protection Regulation, with the aim of maintaining the balance of your data implement and analyze future results.

The event, which will be held from 9 am to 2 pm, is set up as a day of analysis and reflection, around three round tables, with experts who will enrich the debate, and a presentation by Professor Ignasi Beltran de Heredia Ruiz on technological inertia and the final frontier of privacy.
It will serve to take a first look back, to highlight what this standard has contributed and how it has been integrated into organizations. Also, to take a look at the present and the future and analyze how innovation and technology place the right to data protection at the center of the defense of all rights and freedoms.
