Control plan and workplace absenteeism data

This may be due to health reasons (accidents, illnesses and indisposition), or the use of leaves, licences, and reduced working hours. Additional Provision 44 of Law 6/2018, of 3 July, on the General State Budget, establishes the obligation to publish absenteeism data for personnel serving public administrations and dependent or linked entities, classified by cause, on a semi-annual basis. For this reason, the absenteeism index for the staff of the Catalan Data Protection Authority is published, without including personal data. This index is calculated over the total number of employees for the published period.
